Specially designed to be welded by projection or capacitive discharge on cold and hot forming metal sheets. As a result of our production method, components have special pins in certain, defined areas which, melting when current is passed, allow the threaded component to be welded to the main structure.
We are also able to apply some specific products to the internal thread in order to protect it from welding slag as well as from any deposits due to surface treatments applied to the overall structure. This is to ensure that the threaded connection functions perfectly.
